Senior Corporate Lawyer (M/F)

In this role, your typical day involves managing a diverse array of client files, encompassing international and local corporations, private equity houses, real estate investors, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs. Reporting to the Partner overseeing the department, your primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting and advising clients on corporate and/or financial transactions, such as corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, migrations, and joint ventures
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and transactional documents
- Handling client requests and actively participating in client meetings or conference calls
- Ensuring legal monitoring in Corporate/Financial matters and conducting legal research
- Collaborating within a team and closely cooperating with other team members.
