Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team. Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Draft and manage a range of corporate documentation, including incorporations, amendments, share transactions, reorganizations, and other related filings.
Mentor and support Corporate Services team members through training and guidance.
Liaising with clients, opposing counsel and experts
File management and organization
Other administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
10 years’ experience working as a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal
3 years’ experience in training and management.
