Job Description

Our client, a law firm located in Vancouver, is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available opportunity for a Senior Corporate Paralegal. The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch legal expertise and guidance to their diverse client base.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist Lawyers with general transactional work, corporate reorganizations, incorporations and annual maintenance
  • Prepare filings, closing books and reporting letters
  • Conduct due diligence searches

    • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Corporate Paralegal, must have transactional experience.
  • Paralegal Certificate or diploma from accredited institution
  • Strong technical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
