Our client, an established service provider is looking for a Senior Officer, Corporate Secretarial Services to provide high-level corporate governance and compliance support to clients. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure clients comply with regulatory requirements, manage company incorporations, share transfers, and corporate restructuring.
Board Support & Documentation: Organize and facilitate board and committee meetings, prepare meeting materials, draft minutes, and ensure compliance with governance protocols.
Client Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on corporate governance structures, compliance obligations, and regulatory changes impacting client businesses.
