Job Description

This role supports the Plant Controller across operations with a strong emphasis on cost accounting, manufacturing variances, and operational partnership. The successful candidate will be hands-on in month-end close, deeply engaged with manufacturing operations, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment following a recent acquisition. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Operations, Corporate Accounting, and Finance leadership and will contribute to forecasting, inventory optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
