This is a temporary (fixed-term) 10-month assignment based in our Richmond, BC. We are open to remote employees who live outside commuting distance to Richmond but are still able to work within the Pacific Time Zone.

Job Summary

The Sr. Cost Accountant will be responsible for developing, implementing and/or maintaining a standard cost accounting system. They will prepare journal entries; maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, collect data, allocate costs and prepare reports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly or other operating expenses, ensuring that established procedures are followed. They will also be responsible for preparing financial statements and variance reports as requested.
