Senior Cost Consultant

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Cost Consultant to join a leading construction consultancy in Kelowna, British Columbia.

This role offers the chance to deliver cost management and quantity surveying services across a range of projects in Kelowna and the wider BC region, supporting high-quality developments.

The Senior Cost Consultant will work on a diverse portfolio of construction projects across Kelowna and British Columbia.

Projects are expected to include residential, commercial, mixed-use and infrastructure developments across the Okanagan region and wider BC market.

The role will involve supporting projects from feasibility and cost planning stages through to construction delivery and final account, working with developers and private and public sector clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Senior Cost Consultant will provide full pre-contract and post-contract cost management services across multiple projects.
