Senior Cost Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator (Mechanical & Electrical) to support complex, large-scale construction projects in Singapore. This role is responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for M&E systems, supporting tender submissions, project budgeting, and cost management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for Mechanical & Electrical systems including HVAC, cleanroom systems, process piping, fire protection, power distribution, lighting, ELV, and BMS.
Review and analyze drawings, technical specifications, and tender documentation to define scope and pricing requirements.
Perform quantity take-offs and develop pricing for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract packages.
Build comprehensive cost breakdown structures and maintain benchmarking data.
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
