Senior Cost Estimator

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Cost Estimator (Mechanical & Electrical)
to support complex, large-scale construction projects in Singapore. This role is responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for M&E systems, supporting tender submissions, project budgeting, and cost management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Mechanical & Electrical systems including HVAC, cleanroom systems, process piping, fire protection, power distribution, lighting, ELV, and BMS.
• Review and analyze drawings, technical specifications, and tender documentation to define scope and pricing requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop pricing for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract packages.
• Build comprehensive cost breakdown structures and maintain benchmarking data.
