Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor with data center construction experience to serve as the key, day‑to‑day client interface and deliver value‑added cost management services on a large‑scale, mission‑critical data center program. This development is a substantial, multi‑phase greenfield program that will support significant long‑term capacity expansion within the data center sector.

The project represents a major capital investment and will involve coordination with multiple stakeholders, design partners, and delivery teams throughout its lifecycle.
