We’re looking for a passionate, detail‑driven Senior Cost Planner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality, value and success of Mirvac’s future projects.
In this role, you will provide construction cost plans, value optimisation, and construction risk advice across a diverse portfolio including build‑to‑sell residential, build‑to‑rent, office, mixed‑use and retail developments. You’ll work closely with Development, Design, Architecture and Construction teams to ensure our projects deliver exceptional outcomes while maintaining Mirvac’s standards and brand quality.
