As a Senior Counsel within PNC's Corporate Governance organization, you will be based in Washington, DC or Birmingham, AL.

The primary responsibilities include: providing guidance to the compliance program on U.S. and international sanctions matters, supporting policy development, reviewing and documenting transactions and lending facilities, advising on client diligence, responding to regulatory inquiries and exams, and addressing sanctions-related issues arising in business activities.
