Senior Counsel - Compliance

Client = Real Estate Fund with operations across the US, Europe and Asia. A new role has come up for a qualified lawyer to develop a Center of Excellence for the APAC region.
The role The key elements of this role focus on the build and rollout of a CofE program across the region. You will act as a key advisor, supporting business leaders on a variety of compliance and commercial issues. Technical areas include: AML, AB&C, Sanctions, Privacy, Employment. You will deliver training to business leaders across the regions on critical frameworks that align with the overall global operation. Playing an integral part in business growth and success with influence and oversight to functions such as litigation, risk management and compliance.
