WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?As a Senior Counsel, you will support the enterprise in achieving the business/operations, strategic priorities and operational performance goals of the Law Group, in particular the performance commitments of solution-oriented advice and responsiveness. You will provide legal services primarily to the Cards & Loyalty business team on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Deliver strategic legal advice on a broad range of complex legal and regulatory matters related to credit cards, loyalty/rewards programs and merchant partnerships (including the offers program). Align legal strategy with enterprise-wide initiatives and business objectives
Oversee legal input into new product development for credit cards, enhancements, and changes to client offerings.
