Job Description You will manage commercial matters which include contract negotiations, licensing, e-commerce compliance issues and day to day advisory requests. Non-contentious matters include product launch, marketing campaigns, market growth and sales solutions. You will work closely with in-country counsel and if required, manage external counsel. Candidates are also expected to develop frameworks and ensure key stakeholders are informed on fast changing rules and regulations.
