Senior Counsel

Job Summary

The Senior Counsel position will report to the Managing Counsel and will provide legal services, support and advice on complex and routine transactional matters involving the enterprise , care delivery system , and health plan. This role will provide key legal and strategic advice and support on complex and routine matters involving enterprise-wide digital services, technology-enabled initiatives, and innovation-driven transactions.


Essential Functions
+ Serve as the primary strategic and legal advisor to senior leaders on a broad range of digital services and technology transactions, including transaction design, negotiation, drafting, and implementation.
