Job Description

As part of the Regulatory Compliance team within the Emerson Legal Department, the Senior Counsel, Regulatory Compliance will provide comprehensive and actionable legal support to the relevant business unit(s) on product security related issues to help mitigate risk and maintain trust In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work collaboratively with business unit(s) and world area(s) to develop and implement processes, policies and training as needed, based on product cybersecurity and other legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices

  • Monitor, analyze, and advise on laws and regulations involving global technology and cybersecurity (including industry standards, such as ISO, NIST, developments that may affect Emerson and adjust program requirements as needed in conjunction with other Regulatory Compliance and Information Governance team members
