The role
The key elements of this role focus on the build and rollout of a CofE, globally. Although the main focus will be Asia and EMEA.
You will act as a key advisor across multiple regions, supporting business leaders on a variety of compliance and commercial issues. Think high level support down to directing on the ground legal and compliance professionals both internally and external.
Technical areas include AB&C, FCPA, Disputes, Employment, General Compliance, Ethics.
You will manage internal / external vendors to lead employment/dispute matters in countries where the firm does not have on the ground support.
