Senior Creative Designer

The role will be responsible for:
Re-evaluating and strengthening our conceptual and creative design offerings
Defining clear, sellable design services and engagement models
Leading multi-disciplinary design teams across India and the Philippines
Partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to drive revenue, margin, and client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Design Strategy & Creative Leadership
Own and evolve the end-to-end design strategy, ensuring services align with market demand, client expectations, and competitive benchmarks.
Act as a hands-on design expert and thought leader, capable of guiding conceptual design, visual storytelling, branding, UX/UI, and high-impact creative output.
Define creative standards, frameworks, and governance to ensure quality, consistency, and differentiation at scale.
