This role focuses on:
Performance marketing creatives that drive results
Application of conversion frameworks (AIDA, PAS, Hook-Story-Offer)
Ad optimization and creative performance testing
A/B testing and creative variation strategies
High-converting static and video ad creatives
Data-driven creative improvements
Content and performance-focused storytelling
Requirements:
Experience in paid ads or performance marketing creatives
Optimize based on CPA, CTR & ROAS
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design
Ability to optimize creatives based on data
Experience in ad performance testing
Strong portfolio (static + video creatives)
Motion design, animation, and video editing
Previous experience in DTC Brands
