About The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Creative Ops Manager who can run the operational backbone of our Influencer Marketing and UGC/Performance Creative teams. This is a systems-heavy role for someone who loves building workflows, automating processes, coordinating creators, and making operations run smooth at scale. You’ll sit across both creator-facing service lines — Influencer and UGC — and partner closely with the COO, Head of Influencer, and Lead of UGC to build clean, reliable operating systems that improve speed, quality, and performance .
