About the role

We're looking for a Creative Recruiter with solid experience hiring creative profiles who's excited to play in global leagues and work closely with one of our top-tier creative agencies.

This role is all about connecting creative talent, business needs, and global impact—while truly understanding how the creative world works.

What you must have

• Advanced English level (you'll interact daily with global teams and stakeholders)
• Strong understanding of the creative ecosystem
• Proven ability to partner with creative hiring managers

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting creative profiles such as Copywriters, Art Directors, Designers, UX/UI, Motion Designers, etc.
• Global mindset & cultural curiosity
• Strong judgment, fast pace, and high empathy
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple processes without losing the magic
