Senior Credit Analyst - Melbourne

Great opportunity for an experienced SME credit decisioner to join this established and growing Fintech Lender.   Reporting into the Head of Credit, you will primarily support the State team with decisioning on broker introduced SME asset finance and working capital loans within a time pressured & deadline driven environment.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Hold a business delegated lending approval of between $500k-$1m with a good 3-5yrs decisioning ideally within the Non Bank sector
• Proven ability to work under pressure and volumn environment
• Possess solid analysis of company financials and complex structures
• Be confident decisioner with a commercial risk approach to meet growth strategy targets
• Demonstrate strong engagement & communications skills with exceptional key stakeholder engagement with external partners such as brokers along with internal stakeholders
