Job Description

 Job Description: The Senior Credit Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the credit quality of a diversified portfolio of corporate clients across investment-grade, high-yield, and sponsor-owned segments. 
 This role involves credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and close collaboration with coverage, product, and risk teams to support sound credit decision-making. 
 Responsibilities: Monitor the credit quality of an assigned portfolio across a specific sector, including investment-grade, high-yield, and sponsor-owned clients. 
 Perform periodic reviews of borrower financial statements, press releases, news articles, industry data, rating reports, and peer analysis. 
 Prepare credit proposals for new client originations, underwritings, refinancings, amendments, and annual reviews.
