Senior CRM Consultant

Your new company A global semiconductor company specializing in the design and development of advanced embedded solutions, including microcontrollers, analog, and power semiconductor devices, with a strong presence in Malaysia, particularly in Penang.
Your new role
Act as a key bridge between business users and IT delivery teams, supporting CRM initiatives across sales, channel, and finance functions.
Responsible for gathering and translating business requirements, validating technical solutions, and ensuring CRM platforms continue to meet evolving business needs.
Engaging with business users to support project activities, including requirements gathering, scope prioritization, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user training.
Supporting system enhancements, process changes, testing, and CRM implementations.
What you'll need to succeed
