Role Overview

The Senior CRM Executive will own customer retention, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing. The role is responsible for increasing repeat purchases, customer lifetime value (LTV), and CRM-generated revenue through WhatsApp, Email, SMS, loyalty initiatives, and customer research programs.
