Senior CRM Expert

BettingJobs are working with a leading gambling operator in Europe who are expanding their workforce to Madrid and looking for a Senior CRM Expert to join their team based here.

This position is key to building strong customer relationship communication and driving collaboration between teams, while supporting the smart adoption of new marketing tools to maximize effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to junior colleagues and make sure the delivery matches our standards
• Contribute to process optimization (both internal and external). Ensure day-to-day brief - build - deliver process runs effectively + efficiently
