Job Description

                    Here's what we need  As RocketMill’s Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Executive, reporting to our CRO Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CRO Programme. In this new role for the team, you will ensure we deliver exceptional performance by methodically applying quantitative & qualitative analysis, behavioural insights, UX innovation and technology to enhance our clients’ digital experiences. Using expertise in a range of analytical tools and AB testing platforms, and applying knowledge of human behaviour, you will be responsible for leading successful optimisation initiatives on behalf of our clients.
