Senior Crypto Quant Trader

We're hiring a Senior Quant Trader to take end-to-end ownership of systematic trading and market-making strategies in liquid electronic markets (with a strong focus on crypto derivatives / perpetuals). You'll drive the research agenda, translate models into production-grade systems, and run strategies in live markets with tight risk controls. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is motivated by measurable P&L outcomes.
Responsibility

• Lead research, design and production implementation of a crypto perpetual market-making engine (funding-rate-aware quoting & systematic hedging)
• Architect and build the full stack: pricing engine, hedging rules, execution algorithms, order management, and exchange connectivity
