Graduate of Engineering Course. BSIE/ BSME an Advantage.
With at least 5 years working experience in the field of NPI/Project Management
Strong project management skills are needed to coordinate the various stages of NPI
The ability to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development and introduction process is vital.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
Excellent people management skills
Familiar with Problem Solving tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes
Knowledge in basic AutoCAD an advantage
