Senior Customer Data Associate

Job Description Summary

The Senior Customer Data Associate reports to the Director, Global Customer Support Experience with alignment to the Master Data Management team. As a Senior Customer Data Associate you will be responsible for the management of existing and creation of new customer accounts within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will manage Business Partner (BP) rules, customer data policies, and customer data across all STEMCELL systems. Your tasks will include visualizing, transforming, and manipulating data, preparing and presenting data for trending, and gaining insights from analysis performed.

Responsibilities

• New customer onboarding, data maintenance and governance, quality assurance of business partners, and supporting reporting of hierarchy management
