YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You own end-to-end analytics on customer questions like acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell, churn, and lifetime value
You design, analyze, and operationalize experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to optimize digital journeys, pricing, promotions, and CRM campaigns
You build and maintain customer segmentations, churn models, and lifecycle frameworks that enable targeted experiences and communications
