Senior Customer Service Executive , Air Freight (Basic UP 3500/Alps/5.25Days)

• Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 5:30pm, Alt Sat 9am to 1pm
• Location: Alps Avenue (Company transport provided)
• Salary: Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import and export operations, including booking, shipment documentation, coordination with airlines and ground handling agents, customs clearance (for imports), billing, and shipment closure, in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely shipment updates, handling enquiries, and resolving operational issues to ensure service standards are met.

• Coordinate with airlines, trucking partners, ground handlers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and internal operational procedures.
