Job Title: Senior Customer Service Executive (Air & Sea Freight) Job Hours: 5.5 Days, 9am to 6pm Job Location: Bukit Merah The Opportunity: Exposure to airfreight, sea freight, documentation, permits and billing Suitable for experienced freight forwarding candidates who can work independently Direct reporting line to senior management in a lean team environment Job Responsibilities: Coordinate import and export shipments for airfreight and sea freight Liaise with customers, shippers, consignees, airlines, shipping lines, warehouse teams and trucking vendors Perform vetting and checking of Air Waybills, Bills of Lading and related shipping documents Prepare and process shipment documentation including HBL, MBL, HAWB and MAWB Verify cargo details such as weight, shipping documents, commercial invoices and packing lists before processing Prepare permit declarations for import and export shipments where required Arrange shipment bookings and coordinate pickup / trucking services Monitor ve...
