About the Role
Provide frontline and operational support for operations, assisting users, managing applications, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements and case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline operational support for operations, including guiding applicants on filing requirements and necessary documentation.
- Respond to users' inquiries and process applications efficiently at the counter.
- Handle high-volume online applications promptly, ensuring adherence to processing timelines.
- Manage daily system requests and coordinate with technical support specialists to resolve issues
- Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor
Requirements
- GCE O Level
- Prior experience in customer service duties will be an advantage
