Senior Customer Service

We're looking for an experienced, switched-on Admin & Customer Service Rep who genuinely gets customer experience. This role is not entry-level. The benchmark is high, and we're after someone who can think critically, communicate beautifully, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

What we're looking for:

• Proven, tenured customer service experience (ESCO / CRT / TL-level experience is the benchmark)
• Strong ability to assess risk, weigh pros and cons, and make confident decisions
• Excellent written communication with warmth and personality (We build relationships, not copy-paste templated responses)
• Experience managing social media inboxes (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• High attention to detail with a love for getting things right
• Extremely organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
