We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to become an integral part of our Customer Success team. As a Senior CSM, you will lead Enterprise and Mid‑Market customers throughout their Dot Compliance journey by increasing adoption, driving expansion, building value and ensuring retention.
