Honeywell is seeking a highly skilled **Sr Customer Support Management Professional / SPOT Coordinator** to lead and drive excellence across our SPOT service operations. This role ensures operational discipline and strong performance execution across daily service activities - repairs, upgrades, retrofits, system optimization etc. He/she will be responsible for overseeing spot service jobs within Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire, and Security domains: ensuring accurate job estimation, effective project coordination, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
