Senior Cyber Compliance Support - Lead

Akima Global Technology (AGT),is seeking a highly skilled and mission‑driven Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to oversee enterprise‑wide cybersecurity compliance activities and ensure alignment with federal, DoD, and organizational security requirements. In this senior leadership role, the Lead will guide the development, execution, and continuous improvement of compliance programs, ensuring systems, processes, and teams adhere to all applicable regulations, frameworks, and policies.

The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Mater Expert (SME) on Cybersecurity Compliance, partnering closely with leadership, technical teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to strengthen the Military Sealift Command’s (MSC) security posture and maintain a culture of accountability and readiness.
