• Experience with Cyber Security project delivery, AI project delivery, working experience in federal regulated industry (financial institution)
• Excellent communicator, stakeholder management/expectations, can interact and negotiate with C-suite executives. Ability to simplify complex technical/AI concepts
• Creative, proactive, forward thinker, can remove obstacles, takes ownership
• Strong, value, financial and schedule discipline. Thinks in outcomes, not only activities
