Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis, building reports and dashboards, supporting business domains like business performance, product optimization, and helping drive business insights across teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from finance, sales, BD and other business owners to understand data needs and deliver actionable findings. This role will also expose you to AI-related tools and workflows as part of our innovation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis to support financial analysis, payment analysis, marketing analysis, product performance, customer behavior analysis, and business operations.
  • Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports/dashboards using business intelligence tools or other automation tools.
  • Translate business questions into analytical tasks and deliver clear, data-driven answers and recommendations.
