Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage direct offer marketing, including targeted player promotions, segmentation, and personalized incentive delivery.
• Oversee all player communication channels (SMS, email, in-app notifications), ensuring messaging accuracy, timely execution, and consistent quality.
• Partner closely with the Analytics team to refine targeting strategies, enhance segmentation models, and drive stronger player engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to design campaigns that grow player acquisition, reactivation, and revenue contribution.
• Work with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure accurate data capture, proper data flow, and alignment of systems and tools that support marketing activities.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to best practices in database marketing.
