RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join a pioneering company that transforms micro‑business owners into thriving entrepreneurs. In this role you’ll build a brand‑new Data team from the ground up and shape data strategy.

Basic Qualifications

• Previous experience in the e‑commerce sector, focusing on customer journey analysis (checkout processes, customer feedback)
• Familiarity with multiple analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), CRM systems, and platforms such as Shopify
• Strong SQL experience
• Able to work with clean, high‑quality data and build complex data models
• Capability to identify pain points and opportunities to improve retention
• Experience implementing innovative solutions and “hacks” to optimize customer experiences
