Senior Data Analyst
to lead payer and population health analytics. This role partners closely with clinical and payer teams to translate EHR and claims data into meaningful
outcomes metrics
(PHQ‑9, GAD‑7) and demonstrate real value in value‑based care.

What you'll do:

Own payer & Measurement‑Based Care analytics

Build end‑to‑end insights (SQL → BI → executive storytelling)

Define clinical outcomes and population health metrics

Partner with stakeholders as a thought leader, not just a report builder

Set scalable standards for data modeling and BI

What we're looking for:

5+ years in payer / healthcare analytics

Advanced SQL; dbt, Snowflake, Looker preferred

Experience with clinical, claims, or population health data

Strong communication and strategic mindset
