Abacus is seeking a
Senior Data & AI Strategy & Governance Lead
to help shape and mature our Data & AI practice across LATAM.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on
AI governance, risk management, and enterprise advisory
, rather than hands-on model development. The ideal candidate will drive AI maturity, establish responsible AI frameworks, and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data & AI Strategy Leadership

• Define and elevate Data & AI best practices across engineering and consulting teams.
• Establish scalable governance models aligned with enterprise and regulatory expectations.
• Conduct AI capability assessments and produce maturity gap analyses.
