 Are you a passionate about creating scalable services? We're seeking a  Senior Data Engineer  to join our Customer Success and Support Data Engineering team. In this role, you'll construct top-tier data solutions and applications vital for organizational decision-making.

 
  Responsibilities 
 Assist with reviewing incoming support tickets and minimal ticket interactions, with guidance from the existing team
 Develop datamarts, and separate data models for analytic purposes, working in sprints, and accommodate requirements from Data Scientists by end of each quarter
 Handle ad-hoc requests (on-call support expected)
 Construct ingestion pipelines (minor part of the job)
 Create clear, helpful documentation to enable both technical and non-technical users to utilize the information you provide
 Provide support on a 12/5 basis
