Senior Data Engineer/ Team Lead (Azure Databricks/ MNC)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and day-to-day operation of the enterprise cloud data platform on Azure.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks and PySpark.
• Design and manage data ingestion and orchestration workflows using Azure Data Factory.
• Implement and manage data governance, access control, and metadata using Unity Catalog.
• Develop and maintain Lakehouse data models (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, and cloud costs across Databricks workloads.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and drive continuous platform improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to data engineers and stakeholders.
