Senior Data Maintenance Specialist (Dentons Business Services EMEA)

This role is responsible for quality of data used by Revenue Management Department, managing daily workload and tasks in area of data maintenance and support of Data Maintenances Process Owner as well as other processes within Revenue Management. The role will require activating, maintaining and deactivating accounts for timekeepers, clients and matters for European offices. It also requires support of users, European offices, and effective relationships building with external and internal clients (Finance teams in the region, Partners, Customers). Additionally the task might include supervision and training of junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Performing day-to-day activities and ad hoc tasks related to finance data updates/corrections
• Conduct trainings relating to Data Maintenance area
• Control of what is already done, what is pending, mastering their work schedule up until the monthly closing
• Assistance in resolving client queries
