Senior Data Scientist – Contract Role

A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior Data Scientist (contract) to support a major client. In this role, you will internalize, harden, and scale high‑impact optimization models, transitioning them from externally developed solutions into a robust, internally managed global ecosystem.

As Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be fully responsible for existing optimization models, modifying their foundations and deployment strategies to suit a global production environment.

You will refine and optimize algorithms to account for variables, lead the technical rollout from pilot to global deployment and provide direction to onsite Data and AI Engineers.
You will have deep expertise in Machine Learning and Optimization Algorithms with experience in Gurobi, Snowflake, Azure and/or Amazon. In addition, you will be an expert user in Python and SQL with familiarity with Informatica and Data Pond architectures to ensure model-data alignment.
