Job Description

This role belongs to Underwriting Department. Underwriting in the Consumer Finance sector perform the critical operation of appraising the credit worthiness of a potential customer and whether or not to make a lending decision. Home Credit is proud to offer advanced predictive models and rules-based analytics that leverage huge data assets to help our business drive more objective underwriting and lending decisions, improve risk segmentation and enhance profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall responsible for development and enhancement of Underwriting strategies, including MIS reports and technical solutions used in the UW process, including Decision Management System: develop and enhance strategies; MIS Reports & Analytics: portfolio health monitoring & ad-hoc analysis; Statistic Modeling: develop/modify & apply on strategies;

Cascade business goals into to key strategies and tasks optimizing data analytics;
